Education as I would see it at New Trier

When I was just a young boy I was already reading french novels with my father. Reading and writing was my passion. But when my dad fled Geneva, my aunt took me in. She taught me how important music and the arts were. That became my new passion. It is so soothing and peaceful. If I had the opportunity to be the Superintendent at New Trier High School, I would make it a more peaceful art school. It would put music, painting, reading, and writing in front of all other core classes. Math and science is not as important as music is for your mind, body, and soul. If I would have had more of an opportunity to express my talent my education might not have ended at the age of 13 (Gale).
